Dan Castellaneta credited as playing…Homer Simpson • Grampa • Hans Moleman
- Marge asked Homer, “When are you going to give up this crazy sugar plan?”
- Homer: NEVER! NEVER, Marge! I can’t live a tense life like you do. I want it all: the scary lows, the strange highs, and the smooth middles. Sure, my cocky walk and musty smell might offend some blue-noses. The so-called “City Fathers” who cluck their tongues, stroke their beards, and ask “What’s to be done with this Homer Simpson?” will never love me!
- Marge: Look, just get rid of the sugar, okay?
- Homer: No!
- Homer: In America, first you get the scum, then you get the power, and finally you get the women.
- Homer screams at the bees that land on his sugar: “Hey, get off my sugar! Bad bees! Bad!”
- [bees sting him]
- Homer: Ow! OW! Oh, theyre defending themselves somehow!
- Homer: [sleepily] Must. protect. sugar. Thieves everywhere. The strong must protect the sweet. The sweet.
- Homer: Oh, Marge? You told me I wouldn’t make any money? Well, I made a dollar while waiting for the bus.
- Maribe: You lost $40 by not going to work while you were making that dollar. The plant called and said not to come in on Monday if you don’t come in tomorrow.
- Homer: WOOHOO! Four day weekend.
- Marge: [shaking Homer awake] Homer.
- Homer: [sleepily] Uh…
- Marge: Homer!
- Homer: Wha-what?
- Marge: Don’t worry about watching over the sugar. Youre being completely paranoid!.
- Homer: Oh, am I? Am I really?
- [grabs a gentleman hidden in the sugar pile]
- Homer: Ah-HA!
- Tea-Drinking Man: Hello.
- Homer: Alright, pal. Whered you get the sugar for that tea?.
- Male Tea Drinker: I got you when you were careless for a second. and Id do it again.
- [sips and walks away]
- Tea-Drinking Man: Goodbye.
- Homer: You see, Marge? You see?
- Homer told Bart that if food touches the ground, it will be given to the village idiot. Since I dont see him around, start shoveling.
- Homer: And you didnt think Id make any money. Somewhere in line for the bus, I found a dollar bill!
- Marge: You lost forty dollars by not going to work while you were making that dollar. The plant called and said not to come in on Monday if you don’t come in tomorrow.
- Homer: Woo-hoo! A four-day weekend!
